Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 90 calendar days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking record. After 90 days, all sales are final.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In the original, undamaged packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact

Supported by a valid order number or receipt
Items showing wear, odors, pet hair, stains, alterations, or missing parts will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense.
All sales are final on discount or offer items. No refunds or returns will be accepted for these items.
3. Return Authorization (RA)

Email support@storepurevita.com within the 90-day window.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Wait for written RA approval before shipping anything back. Packages received without an RA number on the label will be rejected.
Important: Approval of a return request does not guarantee a full refund. See Section 5 for possible partial-refund scenarios.
4. Customer-Paid Return Shipping & Restocking

You are responsible for all return-shipping costs. We do not issue prepaid labels.

Use a trackable, insured service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

A 10 % restocking fee (minimum USD 5) is deducted from any approved refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and payment-processing costs.

Original outbound shipping charges (including “free shipping” promotions) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund if your order originally shipped free.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. After review we will, at our sole discretion, choose one of the following remedies:

Partial refund (no return required) reflecting our cost of goods and shipping expenses, or
-
Return-for-inspection (you pay shipping) followed by a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
6. Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products

Perishables, intimate or personal-care items, and hygiene-sealed goods once opened

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases

Gift cards or digital downloads
-
Clearance or “Final Sale” items marked as such at checkout
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Purchase the desired item in a new order; any approved refund on the original item will be processed separately.
8. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order ships to an EU member state, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery. You must pay the return-shipping cost and satisfy all eligibility requirements above. Restocking fees do not apply where prohibited by EU consumer law.
9. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return—or approve a photo-based partial refund—you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds post to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card-issuer processing times are outside our control.

If 15 business days have passed since a refund was approved and you have not received the credit, contact us at support@storepurevita.com.
10. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns, charge additional fees, or limit service if we detect excessive return activity, chargeback patterns, or policy abuse.
11. Policy Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
By completing a purchase on our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
